What to Expect
The Role
As an Operations Coordinator, Training, your purpose is to manage training logistics. You will be required to create training schedules, coordinate travel logistics, and communicate clearly and effectively with training stakeholders. A high degree of self-motivation and problem solving is expected.
What You’ll Do
- Track and coordinate Training schedules
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Handle travel bookings and logistics for training attendees
- Control enrollments in both online and instructor led training
- Manage data entry and report instructor lead training metrics (I.e., attendance, enrollments, completions, tardiness, absences, etc.)
- Host webinars on program logistics
- Coordinate shipping of materials and equipment as well as track training inventory
- Organize, maintain, document, and facilitate processes and procedures to ensure a world class experience for onboarding and continuing education for employees and vendors including in person, virtual, and online course offerings.
- Provision badge access to training facilities
- Order catering for trainees
- Participate in line-of-business meetings to provide coordinator support and insight to business leaders
- Build, manage, and improve coordination specific processes
- Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
- Proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong Excel skills essential
- Prolonged periods of repetitious duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds frequently
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Experience and Proficiency in operating a Learning Content Management System
- Proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Open collaborative style: ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision or direction
- Ability to be unfazed by ambiguity and comfortable in environments with shifting priorities
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background screen
